Master air waybill (MAWB) PDFs, house air waybill (HAWB) PDFs, dangerous goods declarations (DGD), consolidation manifests, piece labels, and the Cargo-IMP FWB/17 (Air Waybill Data) and FHL/5 (Consolidation List) messages.

You can also send freight quotes your customers accept online, share pre-alert links and track cost and sell per shipment.

AWB Studio does not create consignment security declarations, bills of lading or Cargo-XML messages.

Not on its own. An e-AWB means the airline accepts your electronic FWB in place of a paper air waybill. Under IATA's Multilateral e-AWB Agreement you sign once with IATA, then activate e-AWB with each participating airline; some airlines use bilateral agreements instead. The FWB also has to reach the airline's system.

AWB Studio prepares and checks the FWB and prints the AWB PDF. It does not sign agreements or transmit for you.

No account needed. Build the quote (route, cargo, your charge lines, validity and terms), then copy its private link and send it to your customer in your own email or message.

They review it in the browser, enter their name and email, and click Accept quote or Decline, optionally with a reason. You see the status in your quote list.

An accepted quote turns into a shipment: add the AWB number and the other party, and the route, customer, cargo and quoted charges are already filled in.

Free costs nothing: 5 documents a month, 1 editing user, no credit card, with every document type and every check.

Pro is €19 per licence a month, billed monthly. Each licence adds 1 editing user and 100 documents a month to one shared pool for the whole account. Read-only viewers are free on Pro, on top of your licences. Buy up to 100 licences yourself; above 100, Enterprise.

Enterprise is set by agreement for larger organisations. Accounts open soon. Pro is not on sale yet.

Every document counts once, when it is created: a master air waybill (MAWB), a house air waybill (HAWB), a dangerous goods declaration or a consolidation manifest.

Printing, reprints and labels never count. Correcting the AWB number of a draft before it is printed or handed off does not count again; after that, a different number is a new document.

A dangerous goods declaration counts when its first dangerous goods line is saved, and a consolidation manifest when its first house is added.

FWB/FHL messages, quotes and quote acceptance are never counted.

The public FWB/FHL validator is free and needs no account.

On Free the count starts again on the 1st of each month; on Pro it starts again with each monthly billing period.

At the limit, creating a new document stops until the count starts again or a licence is added in Billing. There is no per-document overage charge. Your shipments and FWB/FHL copy and download keep working.

Every editing user: the owner, admins and users who create or change shipments. On Pro each licence is one editing user.

Read-only viewers see shipments and documents but cannot change them. They are free on Pro, on top of your licences. Free has 1 editing user and no viewers.

Upgrading is an active choice by the account owner or an admin, in Billing in the app. Nothing ever scales up or down on its own.

Adding a licence takes effect immediately. It is charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period and adds its full 100 documents straight away.

Removing a licence frees the seat immediately, with no refund or credit: the next invoice is lower, and the documents already paid for this period are kept.

Cancel any time in the billing portal; Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for. The account then moves to Free: editing users other than the owner become viewers, and no data is deleted.

If a payment fails, Pro keeps working for 21 days while the payment is retried.

Got a campaign code? Enter it when you upgrade. A card is always required, also when a code covers the full price, and codes are for new customers unless the campaign says otherwise.

No. A clean result means the message passed every check AWB Studio runs; the full list is on the validator page. Airlines can apply their own rules, so watch for the reply.

An FNA (Cargo-IMP Error message) says what the airline's system could not process. An FMA (Message Acknowledgement) confirms receipt.

Your workspace data is stored with Supabase, and the app runs on Vercel. Each workspace is isolated at the database level, so other customers cannot see your shipments.

Generated PDFs and attachments sit in private storage and open only through links that expire after 5 minutes.

Air waybills, house waybills, dangerous goods declarations and manifests are drawn on AWB Studio's own servers. Only piece labels are sent to Labelary, a label-rendering service; a label carries the AWB number, routing, piece and weight figures, the goods description and the consignee's name, address and phone. Messages you paste into the public validator are not stored.

You need AWB numbers from the airline you ship with: its 3-digit prefix plus a serial the airline allocated to you, either from your AWB stock or with the booking. Type them in and AWB Studio completes and checks the check digit. Loading your number ranges as AWB stock is optional.

A "neutral" air waybill is just an unbranded form; the number still belongs to the airline. AWB Studio prints the MAWB on an unbranded layout with the issuing carrier's name filled in. The HAWB is your own house document, linked to its master.

Not yet. Importing a pasted FWB or a file isn't available. You enter the shipment once on the guided form, and saved parties and templates make repeat lanes faster.
