AWB Studio provides air-waybill creation and validation tools. Freight forwarders control the shipper, consignee, shipment, and document data they enter; AWB Studio processes that data to provide the service. AWB Studio separately controls account administration, security, billing metadata, and abuse-prevention records for the public validator.

Data we process

Account identity/profile and role data; shipment and party details; Cargo-IMP messages; generated documents and uploaded attachments; transmission recipient records; audit events; and HMAC-protected public-validator abuse records. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by AWB Studio.

Service providers and transfers

The service uses Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and Labelary. Deployment regions and international-transfer safeguards depend on the production contracts and configuration; the current sub-processor record is available from ops@awbstudio.app.

Your requests

Account administrators can request an export; account owners can request account erasure. Other access or correction requests can be sent to ops@awbstudio.app. Certain provider or legally required records may be retained for the applicable period.
