AWB Studio supplies tools for preparing and validating air-cargo documents. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their shipment data, authority to process personal data, carrier acceptance, regulatory filings, and final operational decisions. Validation results and generated documents assist those decisions but do not guarantee carrier, customs, or regulatory acceptance.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users must protect their credentials, use the service lawfully, and avoid attempts to bypass access controls, rate limits, or document allowances. Account owners control team access and must remove access that is no longer authorised.

Availability and third-party services

Document rendering, email delivery, payments, hosting, and storage rely on third-party services. Production service levels, liability limits, payment terms, termination rights, governing law, and data-processing terms require owner and external legal approval before these terms are offered to customers.
